Why I Took a Break from Instagram

Working in social media, it can be hard to take a break from the online world, but I dug down deep to the matter of why I wanted to take a break. I didn’t need to take a break because I spent too much time on social media, because outside of work, I have never been one to binge out on timelines. I never really spent that much time on Facebook anymore besides updating my family with life happenings or photos and keeping up on groups I was apart of. I deleted my Snapchat two years ago and my Twitter soon followed a year later. And let me tell ya, deleting Snapchat was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made on so many levels it practically warrants its own post.
